Tile Hero, Farm Merge....

I'm on level 340 in Tile Hero.  After completing it, using all but one of my powerups, I got an error message that said my progress couldn't be saved.  I got the message three times.  Upon restarting the game, I was back on level 340, but the powerups I had to use to complete that level were still gone.  What's wrong with this picture???

Reference Farm Merge, it seems that any time you are rewarded with crates from the constellation or the daily login reward, the crates are never credited to your account.  I'm out hundreds of reward crates as of this date because this issue has never been fixed, and I'm sure other players are out , as well.

Are these errors ever going to be fixed????
