Tile Hero: "Hard" and "Super Hard" Levels

Hello.

I enjoy playing Tile Hero, but noticed bugs since its inception. I did get the inbox message where they said they'd fix the game not saving properly, and that seem to have been resolved. However, I find that there are a multitude of other glitches, especially regarding the lives system.

Today I was playing the game and ran out of lives, so I decided to refill them with coins. For some reason, it did not register the first time, but still took my coins anyway. The second time, it did work, but subtracted another 900 from my total. To make matters more frustrating, it did not fill my hearts to the maximum five. Instead, it only did one. I do not know if this is intentional, but I hope it isn't. 900 coins to buy one life is ridiculous, as the levels are difficult to complete and therefore it may be a while before I have enough coins to purchase lives or power-ups again.

Lastly, this is not a bug, but general feedback: The life system is unfair to Club Pogo members. The levels being a challenge wouldn't be a problem on its own if it weren't for this. A lot of levels feel impossible to complete without power ups. I know this is because they want you to purchase gems, but I am already paying for a premium membership so I think paid members should have unlimited lives like in games such as Bejeweled Stars. Alternatively, the time it takes to get lives should not be so long.

Half the games on this website have essentially become desktop-friendly mobile games.

Does anyone else get frustrated playing tile hero? In tile hero, the super hard games are too difficult. I've  been working on this level for a week, and playing several times a day. I used 3 power-ups for 1 try, and still  nothing.  It shouldn't be that hard. Seems like they want you to buy gems to get through the games. Supposed to be relaxing to play.

Same here! I refuse to buy gems for Tile Hero. The hard games and super hard are ridiculous. It seems like we should be able to collect rewards and or coins on a daily basis like other games. I play at intervals during the day as well and get nowhere. The super hard puzzle I'm on now is beyond crazy. 

Stuck on level 565 for a week now , I know it is labeled a extra hard level but come on give us a break we are not playing for money here , it's ok to  make the games challenging but some of these are off the charts. Tile Hero  is a game I enjoy but if this keeps up I will lose interest in it and move on and not look back. We pay money to play these games ,to enjoy these games not have to abandon a game we like due to the fact you make it next to impossible to get past . Some games are also hard but bonuses are given daily which some times helps you get past these games but not Tile Hero . So I telling you if this continues it will make me lose interest and I WILL stop playing it and forget about it. It may even start me rethinking my membership and I have been a member for many years  .

I totally agree. I am on 516 super hard for 2 weeks now.  I'm about ready to delete the game.  I spent $79.99 0n gems and can't use them inTile Hereo.  I don;t think want us to win and they won't answer us or help us!  Good luck!  I'm also rethinking being a member too, too many games you are forced to buy and too many games I won't play .  There;'s so many free games out ther too.   I have been a member for probably over 15 years or longer.   Wish I could get my money back!
