Tile Hero Lives Not Regenerating - July/August 2026

same!! I was doing fine for lives then 2 days ago they started running out and now it's been over 18 hrs and i'm still at 28mins for a new life

I bought gems..still wont reload lives

Tile Hero lives are not regenerating. This issue has been going on for several days.  Cannot play the game. I am on Chapter 3 - Level 56.  I have tried clearing cache and still no results.

Still waiting for the FIX!

I was on level 17 but when I tried to go back the next day I was back at start and frozen- that was 3 days ago- still frozen today

POGO, why on earth do you keep putting Tile Hero in as challenges?? Another "win18" challenge using Tile Hero. We keep losing the chance to win,, Is this planned?? This game has been down for days. I am about to the point if you ever do fix it I may not play it as it will probably go down again... Y'all are having more game issues over and over. Use games that work for challenges and different ones.. Thanks for listening even if it seems nothing gets done.. I haven't even seen any comments or anything from POGO about this issue.. No lives for 3 days.  Resets and counts down from 30 minutes.  I've tried all the things that often work for alll the problems pogo games often have,  Nothing.  Does give me the option to buy lives for 900 coins, but not about to do that because that probably won't work either.  Same old, same old mess with pogo.  

Same problem here.  Lives have not regenerated for the past two days.  Every time I enter the room, the clock is counting down from 29:59.  I've done all the usual stuff like clearing the cache, etc.  Obviously, this isn't a user error.

So here's an update.  I just sat here for the last 30 minutes and watched that stupid clock count down.  I now have one life!  If I have to sit here and leave the game open and babysit it so it doesn't time out, then I'm not interested in playing it, and I won't.  I don't know what's going on with this game, but the problem isn't me or my computer.

I opened another tab in my browser and left Tile Hero open and maximized while I did other things in the open tab and made some phone calls.  I kept an eye on Tile Hero so that it didn't time out.  It is now at 5 lives.  I also found out that if I just left the game without actually quitting, then the lives didn't regenerate.  

Some of the programming in these games makes little sense to me.  If I "quit" the game when I leave Farm Merge, that game won't regenerate energy.  Tile Hero, for me anyway, is just the opposite.  There are only two games that I actually play on Pogo.  Most of them I only play when there's a challenge or I don't play them at all.  In fact, the bugs in games and Pogo's seeming lack of interest in addressing them had me at the point where I was going to cancel my membership.  I even had "Cancel Pogo" marked on my calendar.  If this keeps up, that day will come....again.

Same issue. Tile Hero NOT regenerating. Please repair this problem.
