Tile Hero: Not Rewarding Powerups

I bought the add an extra space x3. I got a pop up message that said there was an error. It took 1800 coins from me and didn't give me the extra spaces I bought. 

Same here.  I am owed 2 bundles of power ups too.  Pogo - either fix this game or take it off!

As of right now I am owed 3 chapter reward bundles. They need to fix this game!!

It just did that to me too.  It said I should have gotten 1000 coins and one of each power up but gave me nothing.  Frustrating.  

Tile hero not awarding winning items or coins for completing chapters 

The game is taking my stars, but not awarding me my coins and power ups. getting frustrating.

i dont understand having a tech support page if nothing ever gets fixed!!!  yes i ran into the same problem with tile hero. its happened to me twice!!! matching moments has also gyped power ups. no extra bombs, arrows, or coins. what is up when they say they are down for repairs????

Same thing for me on Tile Hero. Did you get the game fixed? if so how?

Someone please fix Tile Hero Rewards system after the player finishes a chapter. 

I have lost 4 GAMES, DENIED THE POWER UP REWARDS>

Please fix this. 

I'm checking out of Tile Hero for a week. One must understand the frustration,,
