Tile Hero: Not Rewarding Powerups

PLEASE FIX THIS GAME... I HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF 5 TIMES. you owe me 20 boosters and 5000 coins.. as it said I won them every time I finished a room..  yet i did NOT GET ANYTHING>> IM about to cancel my membership after being a member for years.. FIX THE DANG GAME.. GIVE US what we EARN  stop ripping us off., I am not the only player that this has happened too.. FIX THE FREAKIN GAME !!!!!

same here.....different week, different problem and i want my 3000 coins and 30 boosters!!!!

I am having the same issue. I don't get the boosters.

I'm owed two  sets.  It looks like it loading rewards after the chapter but nothing is there

Why is this issue with Tile Hero not being addressed? This is going on way too long without resolution or even explanation. And are we ever going to be compensated for all that we were supposed to get and never did? This is beyond ridiculous. 

So POGO are you going to give the players their earned boosters and coins? Im owed 20 boosters and 5000 coins..  and I earned earned them.. the game said I earned them. I clicked to get them yet I DID NOT GET THEM.. are you going to fix the game and give the players what they earned or just continue to IGNORE us?    maybe its time we all just went to another gaming site if you continue to RIP us off and IGNORE us.. ???  PLEASE FIX THE GAME AND RESPOND TO THE PROBLEMS

Why, when clearing a complete level, the rewards, coins, power ups etc, are not rewarded as indicated? This has happened too many times to count now & it is totally frustrating. Somedays the Hard/Very Hard levels take 2 full days to clear (not enough lives) and when the levels are finally beat, the rewards are not there for finishing a series. :( Com'mon Pogo get it together!!! 

Same.  I am owed 3 bundles of power ups after finishing chapters.  

Same thing happened to me. Also, for some reason, I completed chapter 10, moved on to a new chapter with a guy in a hospital bed and lost everything. Took me back to the beginning scene and keeps repeating Chapter 10...4 times now.  The pinata never collects my wins either :(

I bought a power up while playing Tile Hero, but "something went wrong".  I had over 1300 coins & purchased the 3 scramble power ups for 700. Then, "something went wrong", although it showed I had 3 to use. So I used one, then, "something went wrong". It didn't scramble the tiles, it "uncredited" the power ups I'd bought, & it kept my coins. 

Please credit me either my coins or my power ups.
