confirmationshow Thank you for providing that information and I'm sorry to hear you have never been able to play the game. Since Windows 11 and Firefox have both been updated multiple times and you're still receiving the same loading error, it may be helpful to identify whether there is a compatibility issue specific to your system configuration.
- Have you tried loading it with the browser your device came with - Microsoft Edge or any other browser?
- Is the Hardware Acceleration enabled or disabled in your browsers?
- Have you checked to see if any browser extensions are blocking the game?
- Are you deleting outdated cache and outdated files as well?
- Have you tried updating your graphics driver (important for gamers if using a Windows laptop and desktop)?
- Review your antivirus/security software for any blocked or quarantined items, review its protection history and ensure Pogo is on your whitelist.

If you haven't checked your network equipment lately, I would also recommend rebooting your modem/router (aka Power Cycling). Like computers and browsers, these devices store temporary information, receive updates and can occasionally develop stale network sessions over time. A reboot clears that temporary data, refreshes your connection and can help resolve intermittent loading, disconnect, and game stability issues.
Bahnmc10 If you are in the middle of playing and the screen suddenly goes black, that may be an indicator of a graphics-related issue or a lack of available system resources. Browser games rely heavily on both your browser and graphics drivers, so if a graphics driver crashes or the browser runs into resource issues, it can sometimes result in a black screen, game crash, or unexpected reload. While gaming, please close all other browser tabs and unnecessary apps to free up system resources to help improve performance and check for updates.

So basically EA is telling me that it is MY job to fix a game that EA has launched that won't work. I am not getting paid to jump through hoops and perform functions that a computer challenged person is being asked to do. EA is getting paid by ME and I expect functional games on a site that I have paid for. I am to old to deal with this lack of service and inability to deal with issues. My membership will be cancelled when it comes due. Thank you for your INattention to this matter.

Game works fine for me (except the # of lives displayed, but that doesn't impact my game).
They are not "telling me that it is MY job to fix a game that EA has launched that won't work." They are telling you to check your device and it's components and connections to the internet - areas that are NOT under EA/Pogo control.
