Let's see if we can track this down. First off, did you happen to get a screenshot of the screen where it didn't let you click on the Queens? If you didn't, that's okay, but it does help us see what you're seeing if you did.
Next, f you're able to share some of your browser details, it would help a lot. Could you please cut / paste (or screenshot) your full results from the Pogo Compatibility Tool? As well, could you let me know how much system RAM you have on your PC/Mac? I'll be happy to take a look as to why the game isn't running smoothly for you.

- @EA_Arrenai Thanks for your reply...I did not get a screen shot , I will be sure to do so if I have any future issues with the games. I will also find out how much RAM my PC has and I have not yet used the Pogo Compatibility Tool, but will do so. For now things are working OK...LOVE POGO! Thanks again, Gloria James
