Is there anyone alive in support that can get this fixed, or post something on how to fix it?

It freezes after the first match and can't be played

I have not been able to play Trizzle on my new laptop since the Trizzle Daily Challenge at the end of April, 2021. The Tutorial displays every time, and the game freezes after the first match of dolls.

Hey folks sorry to see you're running into this it sounds pretty frustrating. Can I ask what browser you're using when you run into this issue?

I have tried it on Chrome and MS-Edge and it does the same on both. Freezes when you make the first match. It used to work.

I use microsoft edge and can not play trizzle
For me, the two latest Trizzle issues started when I launched Trizzle to work on the April 30th, 2021 Trizzle Daily Challenge.
Now, the Trizzle Tutorial always run (even though I have it turned off = setting of red circle with a slash), and the game hangs with the top half of a doll suspended over a cell when I make the first match of dolls.
Trizzle issues occur with Chrome and Edge (Edge Chromium). I have cleared the cache, etc. multiple times, but to no avail.
In another, newer Trizzle Answers HQ Pogo Technical Help post, I saw that another EA ID replied late yesterday or earlier today (May 13th, 2021, US EDT) with the following suggestion: Turn off the use of Hardware Acceleration when available.
This Chrome Settings change fixed both of my Trizzle issues. The Tutorial is no longer displayed each time that I play Trizzle, and the game does not freeze after the first match of dolls.
I double-checked, and the Trizzle issues reoccur if I reenable Chrome to "Use hardware acceleration when available".
I almost entirely use Chrome as my browser, so I will continue to "Use hardware acceleration when available".
I disabled Hardware Acceleration in Edge (Edge Chromium), and I will use Edge to play Trizzle.
Lastly, I got my latest laptop (Windows 10 Pro, Hex Core (12 logical processors), 1 TB SSD, 32 GB RAM) with a high-end NVIDIA GeForce RTX GPU in early January 2021. I started having problems with Pogo games starting in late March 2021.
- @EA_Rtas I use MS-Edge, I don't bother to try any other browser because it seems to be affecting them all.....I feel it is an issue with the game itself and not the browsers.
