Trizzle keeps freezing after the first move

Trizzle keeps freezing after the first match. I have cleared cashes, tried using different browsers, tried using different devices, made that pogo was the only web page or app running, contacted pogo twice and absolutely nothing is working. I am really tired of missing badges and challenges because of this problem
