Trying to renew subscription; error trying to use Paypal

I've already talked to two people in EA's chat and it's been useless. No real information. All they do is tell me to pay by card or download some dumb app to pay through EA Wallet. Yeah..no thanks.

Here's an option: Not renewing at all because the site sucks now. Hardly any good games and the badges are terrible. Was only renewing for the huge discount but not worth the headache even for that.
