I have done so. Yesterday they said they elevated my claim again and I now have a new case number. I was told to follow the forums to see if and when they fix anything, my new case number has same message. no fix available. . I was told that this is the place they will respond if they ever do,

I have been having the same problem for weeks now, can't purchase gems. I have tried several ways to fix it, but nothing works. Hope someone can solve the problem soon.
