    I have requested a password change, 3 times.  have successfully changed my password,  I have tried 2 browsers,  cleared all cache and cookies. spent 3 hours on the phone with my antivirus support, and am still unable to sign in on my laptop.  Using Windows 10.  This issue came up suddenly.  I was able to sign in on my phone, but the screen is just too small for me to be able to navigate or play games.  Any suggestions?

    Hey @leogirl1950,

    When you're signing in on the phone are you using the wi-fi or your phone's data plan?

     If you're able to sign in using the data plan that would suggest something specific to the wireless network you're connected to on your laptop may be causing some issues.

    In that case I'd try the steps under Try Basic Connection Troubleshooting towards the bottom of this page:

    https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/problems-playing-online/ 

    Power cycling/restarting your router and trying a different DNS as described in that section would be the best set of steps to try at that point.

    I used my wi-fi on my phone to sign in.  The phone uses Chrome browser.   I did find that if I used Firefox on my laptop, I was able to sign in successfully.  But not on either Chrome or Edge browsers.

    Strange, especially if you've cleared the cache and cookies on those browsers. Good to hear you've been able to get in through Firefox though, thanks for clarifying.

    Are you able to try an incognito window in Chrome (Ctrl + Shift + N) to see if that allows you to sign in?

    Have tried incognito.  No luck.  Tried restarting the router.  No luck.  Does not go any further than asking me for my password on every browser (Edge and Chrome) but Firefox.

    Three hours on the phone w/ tech support for my AV program and they determined it must be an issue from the website.  I am doubtful since others have no problem and a trusted friend was able to sign in w/ my creditentials on her computer.

    Thanks for the update @leogirl1950.

    This doesn't sound likely to be related to an ad or pop-up blocker especially after trying through incognito mode, but it may be worth checking to be sure you don't have ad/pop-up blockers in your browser settings that could be interfering here.

    Aside from that the next thing to try would be a full clean boot of your system, just to help ensure this isn't due to another program conflicting and causing some trouble in this case.

    @EA_Mako I did make sure the pop-up blocker was unchecked. the ads were still blocked. I'm not so sure if I would know what I was doing for a clean boot of my system.. I would not feel comfortable doing that.
