I have complained about this several times, i have being playing canasta since 2002. Before EA took over I was able to advance in rating now I can't get past beginner rank. I played at least 25 games since March 19, 2025 and have only won 3 games and does not matter what rating I am playing against. The unfair play is frustrating. I pay every year to play games in pogo, if things don't change in canasta and make it mor even play I am cancelling my pogo account.
