Viola's Diner

In the game Card Scramble Viola's Diner, the game keeps freezing.  It doesn't matter if you are in rank play, Joey's daily puzzle or a main game.

I can't even collect the daily prize box in the store. However, I can collect the daily gift box.

I have no idea what is going on with the game.

I am just wondering if this is happening to anyone else.
