Weekly Challenge Completed But Not Won
On January 2, 2022:
I completed the Solitaire Blitz Weekly Challenge "Soggy Lock Badge", but I was not awarded the badge.
On the Club Pogo home page, the bottom of the "Soggy Lock Badge" shows "COMPLETED!" rather than "COMPLETED: JAN 2, 2022". (See attached image 1.)
On the My Profile > My Rewards page, the most recently earned five badges as of January 2, 2022 at 12:00 PM US EST listed in "Last Earned" order are:
Mint Condition Prestige (Solitaire Blitz - In Game Event)
2021 Album ("2021 Challenges Badge Album Completed")
Mint Condition (Solitaire Blitz - In Game Event)
Yellow Orb (Phlinx II - Weekly Challenge)
Purple Butterfly (Bejeweled Stars - Weekly Challenge)
What is missing between "2021 Album" and "Mint Condition" is "Soggy Lock" (Solitaire Blitz - Weekly Challenge). (See attached image 2.)
Next, I clicked the Gear icon in the heading section of My Profile and selected "Back to My Collection".
On the "My Collection" page under the "Wednesday Challenges" section, the "2021 Badges" Album shows "110 of 111" rather than "Complete". (See attached image 3.)
Next, I clicked on the "2021 Badges" Album, and then below the opened badge album, I clicked the "Go to Last Page" link.
The "Soggy Lock Badge" is labeled as "Completed!", but the badge image has not turned from black and white (grayscale) to being in color. (See attached image 4.)
When I clicked on the "Soggy Lock Badge" link, the pop-up dialog states, "Challenge completed!" and "You have not won this badge... yet!" (See attached image 5.)
By contrast, when I clicked on the "Yellow Orb Badge" link, the pop-up dialog states, "Challenge completed!", "You have won this badge 1 time." and "You won this badge on: Jan 2, 2022" (See attached image 6.)
