Hello! Sorry to hear about Wheel of Fortune not fully loading for you, there could be a few reasons. Pogo is a browser-based gaming site (no downloading games - click and play) so it is important for us keep our devices clean, updated and memory to move.
The most common fixes are:
Updates: Ensure you have the latest update and patches for your system. Our computers have several programs running all at once, on occasion if one is trying to update behind the scenes this could cause a lag in performance.
High CPU or RAM Usage: Close any unnecessary applications running in the background that might be consuming resources. Having only the Pogo website open while gaming will help with performance.
Additionally ensure your device meets the minimum requirements for Pogo. You need at least 4GB of RAM (more is better). Not having enough memory can make webpages slow to load, timeout, not load at all and exit abruptly.
