Game loads on my tablet and what comes up is a picture of streets, 2 cars going back and forth, a building in the center and if I click on it I get "under construction" and a message about the next "special event". I don't get any game board and can't move from that page except to purchase coins. Someone please tell me what is going on. Thanks

Yes this is still happening I have cleaned up my computer, cookies ect. The game is still under construction thanks for your help
