Winner games in Pogo and loser gets the points

I just played 3 games in a row against same opponent and I won all 3 games and I lost points versus winning points.  We pay real money to play these games.  This site has been glitching for weeks and...

My apologies, the game was Pogo Canasta.  Again, playing on your platform is not free and I don't appreciate paying to play and win yet I'm the loser.
