winter wonderland daily game not working

 have been having the same issue. Tried different browsers didn't work. Other games work fine but this game (Which I have played many times in the past) just is not allowing you to click most items.  Tried all three levels and all having same issue.

Thanks for taking a moment to let us know what you're running into with Pogo Games, When you have a moment could we start by giving the following steps a try? 

• Try restarting your device and potential your internet equipment
• Clear your Web browser Cookies/Cache
• Check if your device has updates, as well as your web browser
• Try using your browser Incognito Mode... This may require you to manually sign in
• Try downloading and using a different web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox)

Also, make sure your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games. If you continue running into issues playing your games, Would it be possible to get the following information? 

• Screenname:
• What Device are you using?
• Which web browser do you play on?
• Do you get an error message at all?
• Screenshot of how your game appears...

this is not a solution to the problem,,,, all of my EA games are working fine except this one,  which happened to be the

game of the day yesterday.    The problem is not with my connection, or my computer.   It is within the game.  I tried to

  play again last night,,,, and when clicking on an object it does not respond.  However,  when I clicked on "HINT"  it

 showed the object several inches above where it actually was in the picture.  I was able to complete one game, but

 ran out of hints and search power ups to play the other two games needed for successfully completing the

 challenge.  This is not how the game is suppose to work, and the fault does lie within the game's program.

 Why is it that all techs and "helpful" people assume the problem is mine,  when in fact I already explained

 the problem was not in my connection or computer ????   Is this just the easiest way to handle the problem ??

  I am not computer illiterate,  nor do I appreciate being talked down to,  as if you know better than me.

Had you looked into it without assuming it was my end with the problem,  perhaps it could have been fixed in a more

 timely manner.

07/04/2024 The Winter Wonderland game is not allowing me to click on objects unless I use a hint first.  This also happened the last time it was a challenge

Not working for me either. Not working on PC or Android.

Can't click on an object. Actually registered as clicking on my powerups when an object was close to the edge of the screen near the powerup.

The problem with this game, Winter Wonderland, has been ongoing for months.  Cannot click on items it is asking for, therefore cannot complete the challenge.  Have tried using four different browsers with the same results.  The problems seem to stem from the game itself and not the player.  If EA cannot fix the issue, remove it from the playing field.  Paying for a game that does not work!!  The geeks that run these games should look for another job.

There is another thread about this as well. I have not been able to play this game for some time, same issues as the OP. Tried Firefox, chrome on PC, Firfox, chrome and samsung browser on Android. None work for this game.

I can't play this game either and it's part of the "Complete 18 of 21" challenges.  I can't complete it, so I might lose my chance to get the badge.  Why do we have these awful games that don't work for us?!
