Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after?
- Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game
- Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)
- Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates
- Try with your Browsers Incognito/Private Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)
- Try another Browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari)
- Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games

@Player_9a3dmqt7 Did you complete the tutorial? There are 2 parts that need to be done prior to your initial gameplay.
I've played the tutorial a bunch of times.
@Player_9a3dmqt7 I'm sorry you're having difficulties; the game shouldn't be doing this after completing the entire tutorial games. Please contact Customer Service to report it to them. I hope this gets resolved soon for you. Good luck.

in january they said the tutorial would be removed so we can play. it is june. ea. our wonderful support services.
Yahtzee has been frozen at 31% loading for 2 days. I cannot complete the challenge.
