i am unable to play as well, every time they change the loading page to something new mine won't work, nobody ever gets a hold of me to help fix it!!!!

I swear customers should ban together and have a class action lawsuit, they are raking in huge amounts of money which is fraudulent/stolen and do nothing to fix issues.
