“Clear Region” function

Hello SimCity

Due to your decision around services, EVERY region is now having serious issues with EVERY service that I’m not inclined to pay HUGE sums to fix. This was your decision. Not mine. 

PLEASE can you create a “bulldoze region” function? After nine years, I am not - as the final indignity - bulldozing each building or putting it into storage.

We need a one-button solution.
