Okay, that's enough for me then. It was a good run, and this game was neat for several years but, not worth it to start all over. It took years to design and build all my regions and to have it all wrecked because some devs thought this was a good idea is not fun anymore.

I'm uninstalling and abandoning this game. Good luck to all!
