Contrary to their posts they are not listening, not helping and displaying an attitude that could be closely compared to disinterest or wilful neglect of a loyal long standing player community. Chatbots can only answer from a database of responses, an actual person can only follow the scripts they are given.
They continue to rollout an update they know is broken without care or regard for those impacted. They refuse to comment in the SCBI forum.
My advice try a different city builder and if you want spend your money there. Clearly EA/Track Twenty don’t care who we are, what we feel and how we are impacted and don’t want to support us.
I agree. I started playing designer city. I keep hoping that simcity will improve but every update it just gets worse. I’ve been playing all 11 years but I’m playing less and less now. I’m definitely not spending any money on this game until it improves.
