The exact same thing happened to me as well today. I was trying to claim a Daily assignment and there was some networking issue. When i restarted the game, i lost 4 other completed by unclaimed weekly assignments. They simply disappeared from the list. This is not the first time it has happened to me. A few months ago also something similar happened under similar circumstances. A networking issue while trying to claim one assignment potentially screws up other completed assignments. EA - please check this.
