Unlocking & Building on Sunny Isles Off-Shore Islands

I would like to propose an exciting spatial enhancement for the Sunny Isles region: Unlocking and Building on the Surrounding Small Islands.
The Concept:
Currently, the beautiful small islands surrounding the main landmass in Sunny Isles are purely decorative. Allowing players to unlock and build on these islands would greatly expand creative freedom and city customization.
How It Could Work:
- Island Unlocking: Players can expand onto these islands using standard Beach or Land Expansion items.
- Connectivity: Connect the islands to the mainland using Water Bridges, Drawbridges, or a new Ferry Terminal system to extend power, water, and road networks.
- Building Uses:
- Exclusive Resorts & Tourism: Build luxury beach villas, private resorts, or high-boost water landmarks.
- Isolated Facilities: Place clean factories or power utilities away from residential zones to manage pollution.
Why this helps the game:
It makes full use of existing map assets, gives high-level players new long-term land goals, and enhances the overall visual appeal of the Sunny Isles region.
