10 million so why 5 million discrepancy?
My population shows over 10 million inhabitants, however, my achievements show just over 5 million and so I cannot unlock my final region. Does anyone know why this is and if I have missed something...

You have TOTAL population over 10 millions
= population in your Capital City 4 175 606 + regional population 5 831 856.
To unlock the last region you need REGIONAL population 10 millions, that is average population 2 500 000 in each of your four regions.

Thanks for the reply and explanation. I didn’t realize it was just regional. There’s no way I’m going to get the population without destroying the aesthetic designs of my regional city so I guess I can say goodbye to that.
