Hi, took me 10 years to open all the regions and to open the last region I bought 40 Washington monuments to boost my population to hit the 10 million. I removed buildings that didn’t give a high boost, now I’m on 16.5 million population after only 10 months.
It can be done if you put in buildings that increase your population.
