After the last update...

The game is simply unplayable. My capacity far exceeded the demand, still my entire town is red with only complaints about no electricity, water etc. 

Thinking this should only be some sort of error, I've deleted my city & the app and started again. But not after the same problems occured. I don't know how new players can ever start a new game succesfully. The city is turning red again, no money coming in and yet again the game is unplayable. 

EA support turned out to be more than useless.

Any suggestions? I've really enjoyed playing, but not anymore!

    I am also very upset with this latest update. I'm a long time player, high level, population 2 million in my capital city. All of my services, including Omega services, were more than enough, and now, suddenly, they're not. I've watched my population steadily decrease this past week despite upgrading said services, including Omega services bought with neo simoleans, which are even harder to come by since my Omega buildings are now abandoned. Just like the OP, I have more than enough capacity to meet demand, yet all of my buildings are getting abandoned. And to make matters worse, the so-called in-game support button seems to be missing, so we have to come to these forums. Can we get this fixed, please?

    I have the SAME ISSUES. I reach out each time. It gets fixed eventually... No payback for all the lost taxes though!

    It get's worse! EA help sucks, so I thought maybe starting over would help. As it seems, you can't even start a new city without putting your real money in it. With all the services and needed upgrades you need A LOT of money that you don't have at the start. Like I said before, the game is unplayable and EA doesn't care.
