EA games I am posting on here because your customer service agents are useless and have closed my ticket for a complaint, and your bot is also completely useless and won't let me submit another one...

Customer service has been awful the last few years. The original team was fantastic and they would credit missing items, but the current team doesn’t care. Basically, customer service is nonexistent now.
Unfortunately I think that this game is now run by AI ( computer ) so even if you can get this sorted it won’t make a blind bit of difference. There are literally hundreds of of complaints about this game and I don’t think anything will happen!
