[Bug Report] Campsite

When I was completing this recent Design Challenge, I was reminded of how disappointing the campsite now looks. Before Christmas, the campsite had lots of trees, a nice fire, and three or four tents. Now, when I place it in any city, it's very sparse. It has fewer trees, a pathetic fire, and sometimes only one tent.  See attached screenshots.
