Bugs related to railways

Following an online guide, I removed all the railway tracks from the bridge and restarted the game. All other areas were able to re-spawn and reconnect to the railway, except for the Green Valley area. Is this another bug? When will it be fixed?

Bug with power water and sewage after update
I too have the same issue I am reading left and right. Capacity is over the demand and I am still getting errors about power water etc. Roads are fine, nothing is broken. Any ideas?
