Cannot access my Cactus Canyon region

I updated the game yesterday, and decided to play a bit today, but i cannot access Cactus Canyon. The loading bar fills and i can hear the region music theme, but the loading screen stays and i get stuck, forcing me to close the game. It does not happen with my Capital or Frosty Fjords, only the Canyon region.

    The game is a huge demand on your device and some devices cannot handle it causing constant crashing. There is no known solution.
