Constant blinking/flashing in Capital City

Anything that lights up in my city is constantly flashing - not ideal for someone who suffers from epilepsy.

    Finally I just noticed the problem has been fixed 🤣 

    Not bad after 2 years or so 🤔

    This has been bugging me for ages. I haven't logged onto this forum for months so it's a bit disheartening to see that the problem is ongoing.
