Constant blinking/flashing in Capital City
Anything that lights up in my city is constantly flashing - not ideal for someone who suffers from epilepsy.
Finally I just noticed the problem has been fixed 🤣
Not bad after 2 years or so 🤔

Here we are 6 months later and my city is still flashing away like a strobe light.
