Data hoging while updating on slow connections, says it's offline.

If you haven’t done so recently, save game, delete and reinstall. It will clear a ton of old files. When SimCity updates, it doesn’t clear old files. You end up with massive amounts of gigabytes being used by useless files. I have found that reinstalling  helps the game run more efficiently
