Epic Project Not Resetting

Hi Mayors, Is anyone else having a problem with the Epic project building not resetting, failed to reach bronze, normally you can reset after 24hrs and start again. This has only occurred after the latest update, yet another bug to add to the ever growing list.

    Hi folks, 

    We released a hotfix on May 11th that should have solved this as well. If you're still seeing this happen, double-check for any pending updates and let me know if it persists after.

    To update the game:

    These guides may come in handy when it comes to updating the game: 

     

    Please keep in mind that sometimes updates will require you to log back into your SimCity™ BuildIt game. If you've been playing on a guest account, you run the risk of losing your progress to date. To help ensure you can recover your game progress if needed, please backup your game using the steps outlined here asap: (SCBI) Back up your game progress

    Take a moment to save a copy of your Player ID also. Our Support team will need this ID in order to offer help. Use the steps shared in this guide to reach them: (SCBI) How to contact support

    Same problem here. Have a finished tower that won't reset. It's been about a week now.

    Epic project time ran out and it ended, and it's still there at zero seconds. I can't run the next epic project mission.

    I reached turtle and check mark is on the building but no update to collect coins. I restarted severl times but still nothing. It’s stuck on finished and can’t start another epic. Please fix.
