Error messages

Question

I'm receiving frequent error messages.&nbsp; Several every hour whilst playing, so I can't access the chat screen, the war screen, the CoM screen etc.&nbsp;&nbsp;I use a 4 year old iPad.&nbsp; 9th generation.&nbsp; iOS 18.5&nbsp;I clear the cache daily.&nbsp; There are no other issues on any of my other devices.&nbsp; No other devices are usually on whilst I'm playing .&nbsp; I don't have anything else running on the iPad.&nbsp; I'm on 4G WiFi.&nbsp; Signal is great.&nbsp; I've tried using an extension but that doesn't help.Anything I can do to improve things?&nbsp;

Same experience with similar equipment and great signal. Seems the trouble is at the side of EA. Bad game service.

Yep EA strikes again, I too get the same error message then I have to reboot the game. I also then go to my settings and offload the app then have to reinstall. I do this every 3rd day or so and if I leave the game open for 10 mins without doing anything I get the error message again.&nbsp;Very Frustrating!

But there has been an unexpected bonus!&nbsp;I've reduced my screen time on this game from average 21 hours a week to 8!The persistent errors and frustrating recent changes have forced me to abandon this game more frequently.&nbsp;So, I'm intending to read the books I've had shelved for a while.&nbsp; And do more in the garden - thanks EA!&nbsp;
