Hi friend, your design is ok. I'd say too uniform for my style. I'd add more landscape and decorative items. Though, it all depends who you come up against but it's not bad at all :-)
I agree. Too many unnecessary tall buildings. More landscaping is better. I always look for happiness level too. I always vote for higher happiness level.
