Honestly customer services will get you no where.
However, perhaps try stating publicly on their social media feeds such as on X, FB. The horror of a disgruntled player for all to see may make them assist.
Or they’ll just keep finding a reason to give you the run around via Customer Services. It’s a disgrace.
There is a EA help X account too where you can also state the **bleep** up with the links.
(you’re probably going to be told to go to your App Store host for a refund - who will then tell you that it’s the remit of EA. Who will then ask you for all the same stuff they asked for in prior messages where they ignored you!)
