I’m in agreement… been having multiple issues. I haven’t torn my whole city down yet (capital) but thinking about it. I contacted EA twice. The replies are generic, although they did gift me with additional free services - but not for power, water, trash etc. Only for fire, health and police. I’ve been very unhappy. So far I have managed to get my other regions fixed (i think) but my capital is a mess. :(
