Game Crash on iPad (10th Gen.)

  • iPad 10th Generation 
  • iPadOS 18.6.2, the game version is 1.74.2.150717
  • the game crashes when I open the menu for public services and tap on one of the services, it opens the tapped service menu (fire, police, health, power, education..) and the instant its opened it freezes
  • no message, it just freezes and the screen distorts
  • i am basically unable to play the game and its even worse with the services 2.0 update where i need to be able to access the menu

my city is called Lorenz Eiland, Level 81

    This has been reported on this forum for months. EA say they cannot duplicate the bug that is specific to all iOS users. It makes trying to sort out services 2 almost impossible
