game dosen't load from server

If you are now connected to the internet and have already clicked the "carica dal server"/"upload from server" button and your city will still not load, try visiting the Google Play Store or Apple Appstore and in the search bar there type in "SimCity BuildIt" and see if your game needs to be manually updated. You may also want to try restarting your device. If this doesn't work, (what I would personally do is) uninstall the game, reinstall the game, go through the short tutorial and when the settings icon shows up, log into Google Play or the Appstore (Game Center), and/or Facebook. Then you will be asked to choose between your new city or your Level 94 city. Your city should load then.

unfortunally I already tried all the ways you suggested, disintalled and installed the game 3 times logged with facebook, logged with google play but nothing works, always show the popup that ask the restore the game form server but dont work, the city is stuk, if i tried to connect the game show the the message in the screenshot, i'm desperate

Are there multiple users registered on your device or have you or someone else set "parental controls" on your device?

@ilperfidolu  I’m going to assume you have checked for operating system updates and have rebooted your device, which normally addresses most problems. The advice that @never2old2game was excellent and should have addressed the issue…the next step is to contact technical support through the in game help section and report the issue. If you already have, followup with them and stay on top of it - they can and have restored cities in the past, probably not your most recent version as you played offline. Good luck.

The phone is a Samsung galaxy S21, very new ones, no one use my phone and no parental control has been set, i dont use to have multi accoounts on it, i just use to play with only city, the issue is appared after played offline for a bit, when i goes online the game showed the option the restore the cit form the server and then the dark. I asked for support but are 15 days they dont give me any answer and im very sad, i really dont know what to do more to restore my city, was good the restor also a old version of the city but ones that work

This definitely looks like an issue that in-game support can help solve. Your "upload from server" button is blue, not grey, so if you click it I personally don't see any reason it shouldn't load. I agree with @PinnacleValley ; Try contacting in-game support again. Create a new request/ticket if necessary. Make sure they have your correct email address and be sure and check your spam folder for any messages you may have missed or that may be arriving soon.

I really hope that support can help because i'm very desperate, 5 years the buid that city, i opened 3 tickets but 15 days and nobody answer me yet 😞
