Global Trade HQ Bug

The Global Trade HQ seems to have a bug. The same cities come up when you refresh and also the same items come up almost everytime even if it is different cities. Before there was some variety but now it impossible to get different items everytime you refresh. I would love this fixed because otherwise this makes the game almost unplayable.
