I’m having the same problem with my screen freezing. Very annoying and I’ve tried everything. What is crazy is I have two accounts, one on my iPad and one on my phone and my account on my phone I do not have the problems with; but the account that I have on my iPad (my main acct) keeps doing this screen freeze. This is the account I’ve been playing on for 10 years, so I have put a lot of time & energy into it and I keep getting this glitch. It started off only doing it on occasion, but in the last week it’s constantly. Not to mention all these Service upgrades that have to be done just wasting all of my simoleons that I’ve made. Frustrating!
