Graphical glitches in SCBI - Pink Pixelated Frozen Screen

The game has severe graphical glitches. The background shows black and pink checkerboard patterns, and most of the buildings and structures appear completely white, losing all textures. Some menus and icons still display normally, but the overall screen looks broken, as if the textures failed to load.

Every time this happens, I have to close and reopen the game to continue playing, but after only a few minutes the issue comes back. This occurred many times today, making the game nearly unplayable. My phone is an iPhone 11, and it still has plenty of storage space. This issue kept happening repeatedly throughout yesterday.

    That would require Apple and EA to reconstruct their entire systems. Yes, both.

    EA is a graphics heavy (3D rendering game) and Apple has a very strict memory process and a background app intensive system.

    This is even worse today. I can’t get to any services in the capital city without the black screen of death.

    I have tried on my iphone but that also glitches and freezes/pixelates

    Unable to play the game for the last 6 months. As soon as I add a city, the screen fills with pink pixels and game freezes. I re-install every month hoping for a fix. I've stop making in-game purchases for all digital assets across all my games. Never know when it becomes unplayable in late game.

    Identical issues here. The upgrade has meant I can’t relocate, delete or replace items in my cities. Buildings, parks, utilities etc. my screen goes black white and green and freezes.

    Tech support is just a bot now so no help there. Very very disappointing experience for three months now. I have invested much real money in this game and now can’t use or fix the game.

    iOS 26.3.1  The latest update. Device is a little older maybe 5 years.
