High Tech Sewage not showing up

The High Tech Sewage Plant is not showing up in the Sewage screen, so even though I've earned it on the Mayor’s Pass, when you go to build it, there is nothing there.

    Also me.  The sewage item is not showing up but the waste management item is in its area.  Obviously it’s the game and not our devices.

    Same here. Sent multiple tickets but they just keep telling me to clear cache or reinstall, or look harder... It isn't there, I'm not dumb

    Is there a Show Me or Build It button in the Mayor’s Pass? It might show up then.
