High Tech Sewage not showing up

We've released a fix with the new update that went live today.  Hoping this does the trick, but please let us know after updating the game. Use the tips below for help updating your game:

Please keep in mind that sometimes updates will require you to log back into your SimCity™ BuildIt game. If you've been playing on a guest account, you run the risk of losing your progress to date.
