Horrendous Pricing for Eco-Skyscraper

I finished the track for the Eco-Skyscraper upgradeable attraction and to my utter disbelief I had to find out that the first upgrade out of probably five, already costs 300Simcash, the second one 55...

To upgrade fully will cost 3300 sim cash, I for 1 will not use it in my city, so into storage it will go never to see the light of day!
