Keeps getting an error when visiting a city through Global Trade HQ

I've been frustrated when I looking for a item for making a material since it takes hours when making myself at factory, it keeps getting the same error message that saya "We have a Problem" before returning to my city. This happen multiple times when visiting other cities for an item that I'm not looking for has no problems. Is there a solution regarding this error or a way to fix this error?
